How does the 14-day trial work?+
Add a payment method to start your free 14-day trial. We won't charge your card until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial — no charge.
How is a 'user' counted?+
Anyone who can sign in to your ProvenKPI workspace — both Admins and Members.
What happens if I cross 15 users or 100 metrics?+
Your workspace is automatically upgraded to the Plus plan (€15.99 / user / month). No action needed — the change is reflected on your next invoice. Same goes the other way: drop back below and you're on Lite again.
What if I have more than 30 users or 300 metrics?+
That's an Enterprise conversation — get in touch and we'll tailor a plan to your organisation.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your workspace settings. You keep access through the end of the billing period.
